DISC™ AI Literacy Program
DISC – Decentralized Interdisciplinary Systemic Collective

In accordance with Article 113 (a) of the EU Al Act, each European company using artificial intelligence must train its employees on its technological tools, best practices and principles of Al. The House of Ethics™ offers training for companies with high expectation of excellence in sharpening their Al Literacy.
The original and uniquely designed DISC™ AI Literacy Program by The House of Ethics™ aims to train staff and executives on a 360° approach to AI, regulation and humanities (ethics, human rights, computational philosophy and sustainability) to tackle complex challenges and sharpen critical thinking.
Why Decentralized and yet collective?
By decentralized we mean a distributed approach to converging forces that shape the digital ecosystems. Because we view AI not only as a technology but as a catalyst for novel risks and opportunities for networks, businesses, people and governments.
AI ecosystems are composed, federated, multi-layered and interoperable, and need to be analysed as such to maximize benefit and minimize harm, and build reliable, resilient, safe and robust digital ecospheres where business and people thrive and understand the stakes to build trust.
Only our senior expert staff will train our verticals customized DISC™ Al Literacy Programs by combining their pedagogical experience, field knowledge, and cross-disciplinary expertise in technology, management and ethics.
A unique blend, once again, designed for companies seeking excellence and in-depth understanding of Al and its stake in a VUCA world.
